Oly, Oly, WOD!
Max Clean & Jerk, Max Snatch, and CrossFit Workout
Athletes will compete to post the highest weight possible in both the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. These scores, coupled with the results of a CrossFit style WOD will represent the athlete's overall score.

General Rules for Both Lifts:
- Upon checking in Athletes will announce their opening attempts for both the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch
- Athletes will be given 1 minute on the platform for each of their 3 attempts
- A lift is considered an attempt when the bar passes vertically beyond the knees and any missed attempt after that point will be judged a "No Lift"
- In both lifts the bar must continually move upward without any stopping or "hitching"
- Upon lifting no other part of the athletes body, besides their feet may touch the platform
- In both the Jerk and the Snatch athletes must catch the load overhead in a locked out position with their arms. Any extension or pressing out will constitute in a "No Lift"
- After completing a lift athletes will not put the bar down until signaled to do so by their platform judge
- After an athlete successfully completes a lift they must move up in weight by at least 5 lbs.
- Using Chalk as well as a "Hook Grip" is allowed
